📦 Dispatch & Delivery – Vapours Voyage

We aim to get your order to you quickly and safely — whether you’re ordering retail or wholesale, within the UK or internationally.

🚚 Free UK Delivery

• Retail Orders: Free delivery on all UK orders over £30

• Wholesale Orders: Free delivery on UK orders over £350

📅 Delivery Timeframes

• UK Standard Delivery: Please allow 2–3 working days

• International Orders: Delivery times vary depending on location

Working Days: Monday to Friday (excluding bank/public holidays)
Order Cut-Off: Orders placed after 3:00 PM (UK time) are processed the next working day

📦 Delivery Charges

• UK & International Orders (under threshold):
  Flat rate of £10.00 for parcels up to 10kg

📍 Delivery Tracking & Signature

• Most orders are shipped using tracked services

• Signature may be required upon delivery

• If no one is available, the courier may attempt to deliver to a neighbour or leave the parcel at your local post office, and a card will be left with further instructions

You may provide a different shipping address at checkout if more convenient

• Royal Mail / DHL standard services do not deliver on weekends

• Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on stock and courier delays

We ship worldwide using DHL Worldwide Express, offering fast and reliable delivery across Europe and beyond. Please select your region at checkout for accurate shipping rates and times.

Note on Customs:
Certain destinations may face customs restrictions when using DHL or Royal Mail. For example:

• Russia: DHL deliveries are limited to business addresses only

• Thailand & Saudi Arabia: Orders may face customs clearance delays

If your parcel is held by customs, it is the customer’s responsibility to resolve the issue with the local authorities.
